At first, we should know that Joomlart is Vietnamese company.
And that is most important.
How could Vietnamese can have good product, specially on “art”.
They’re poor country, bad gov, impolite peoples.
And finally, they’r cheat country.
So i don’t they can have any believed services.
It looks like affiliate program is one of their scam.

I’ve sat with at a client and looked through all the templates. they’ve signed up after clicking on my link from my website having never visited the site before. I get home, check and there is nothing
I wouldn’t touch this affiliate program if i were you as those clicks and that revenue could be coming from someone else – Wny give valuable space on your site to a program that just doesn’t work?
